Terms

What you get, and what we do not promise.

Written to be read. If something here is unclear, that is a defect in this page — write to us and we will fix the page.

What the service is

1ADK builds and maintains a technical picture of software you own, from descriptions produced by a coding agent running on your side. It does not access your repository and does not receive your source code. What it produces is a map, a registry of components and interfaces, the evidence behind each claim, and the things it could not establish.

What it costs

  • Free — $0. Two analyses of one project. After that the project stays readable and updates pause — nothing is deleted.
  • Live Project — $99 per month. Fair use of one active project. If a project turns out to be unusually large we will talk to you about it, not silently throttle you.
  • Team — $299 per month. Three active projects.

Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax that applies where you are. Free is not a trial: it does not expire, and it does not require a card.

How paying works

1ADK does not charge cards. There is no checkout and no payment provider connected to this product. On a paid plan you tell us which one you want, a person replies with how to pay, and the plan is switched on when you and we have agreed. Nothing is charged automatically and nothing renews automatically, because nothing can.

What you pay goes to FinMV SIA, a company in Latvia. When card payment is switched on it will be handled by Stripe, so your card details will be held by Stripe and not by us. We will say so here when that changes, and tell existing customers before it affects them.

Stopping

You can stop at any time by telling us. There is no notice period and no cancellation fee. When a paid plan ends, your project stays readable with everything it already knows; what stops is new analyses. Nothing is deleted because you stopped paying.

Leaving altogether is a different thing, and it is also yours to do. Deleting a project and closing your account are both done in the product, each behind a confirmation that names what will be destroyed and asks you to type its name back. It cannot be undone. Backups of a project are deleted with it. What survives is the record that it happened, and the payments and invoices we are required to keep. The privacy page says what that covers in full.

What we do not promise

  • That the picture is complete. 1ADK reports what an analysis established and marks the rest unknown. It is designed to leave gaps visible rather than fill them in plausibly, and an unknown is a correct answer, not a failure.
  • That every claim is right. Claims come with the file or document they were drawn from precisely so you can check them. Treat the output as a well-evidenced starting point that a person can verify, not as a certified audit.
  • An uptime guarantee. There is no SLA today. We will not pretend to one; when there is a credible operational commitment it will be written here with the numbers in it.
  • Fitness for a regulatory or legal purpose. 1ADK is not a security audit, a compliance certification or a legal opinion, and must not be presented as one.

What you are responsible for

  • Having the right to analyse the software you point an agent at, and the right to send us a description of it.
  • Reviewing what an analysis produced before you approve it. The product shows you the description first for exactly this reason.
  • Keeping your own account credentials to yourself. An account today is one person; there is no way to add a colleague yet, and sharing a password is not the substitute.
  • Not using the service to attack it, or to hold anybody else's data.

Your data

What you send us stays yours. We do not sell it, do not use it to train anything, and do not show it to anybody outside your organization. The details are on the privacy page, including how to delete a project or close your account yourself, and what is kept when you do.

Changing these terms

If we change something that affects what you get or what you pay, we will email you before it takes effect. Corrections to wording that do not change either are made without notice, and the date below moves.

Who you are dealing with
